Adriana Gordillo
Adriana is originally from Cali, Colombia, and lives in St. Paul, MN.
Adriana's creative work involves visual and discursive poetry, short stories, and photography. She has published her creative work in literary journals like Revista Pruka, Alborismos, and Letras Femeninas. She received the Victoria Urbano poetry award (2011) from the Asociación Internacional de Literatura y Cultura Femenina Hispánica (now Asociación de Estudios de Género y Sexualidades) and Voces nuevas (New Voices) from Torremozas publishers in 2014.
Adriana is also a Spanish professor and teaches Spanish and Latin American literatures and cultures. In her creative and academic work, Adriana explores the intersection of gender violence, memory, and the monstrous.
Andrés Molina Ochoa
Andrés is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at South Texas College. He has a Ph.D. in Philosophy from SUNY Binghamton and a Law degree from Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia. He specializes in the Philosophy of Law, Human Rights, and Transitional Justice in Latin America and the relationship between art, memory, and legal theory. In some of his articles, he analyzes traditional philosophical problems from the perspective of fiction writings (One Hundred Years of Solitude, Operation Massacre) and films. Andrés also has published two short stories in El Magazín El Espectador and Tierra Firme.

Carlos Mario Mejía Suárez
Carlos is originally from Barrancabermeja, Colombia. Currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
In his short stories, novellas, and novels, Carlos explores the way the uncanny, fantastical and horrific makes its way to people’s ordinary lives. Through this emergence, Carlos’s fictions explore different types of violence, sexuality, memory and trauma as bodily experience. His work has appeared in journals like Alborismos and Revista Primera Página, and he received an honorable mention in the Third “20 años de Revista Archivos del Sur” contest for his short story “Adán y Acelia”. Carlos currently works on the publication of his first novel Pesca en un cráter lunar, as well as a volume of short stories entitled Hilos raros.
Carlos is also an assistant professor of Spanish in Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN). As a scholar, he has published multiple articles and a book (Escrituras de lo diabólico) that explore demonic imagery in Latin American literature. He has also published multiple articles on contemporary Colombian literature and the intersection between violence, gender in the novels of the post-agreement era.
Roberta Zamma Gallarat
Roberta was born in Rome, grew up in Florence, Italy, and moved to St. Peter, Minnesota a few years ago.
Roberta's favorite subject is wildlife. She loves all types of animals, but above all she is interested in knowing and representing endangered species. By representing them, she hopes to make people aware of the negative impact that humans have on nature when we do not respect it.

Sandra Lucía Castañeda
Sandra is a mixed media artist, born and raised in Bogotá - Colombia, now based in Minneapolis, USA.
Her artworks have been nourished by her years of study and teaching in Philosophy, Literature and Latin American History. Thus, her works constantly inquire about insania, the rhythms of life and death, order and chaos, and the eternal recurrence of the same.
Sandra´s works has been featured in group and solo exhibitions at the Carnegie Art Center Mankato (2016-2017), The Hallberg Center for the Arts (2023). One of her photographs was chosen as the cover of the dossier "Bodies and aesthetics of madness", Corpo-ografías Magazine of the Universidad Distrital, Colombia (Vol. 5, No. 5: Jan.-Dec. 2018). Sandra has an upcoming exhibition at St. Catherine University, MN (Sept.-Dec. 2024).
